tried painting the valve cover and the intake manifold. the intake manifold was good but as you can tell.. the valve cover was... wasnt too good. haha opps...

thanks for all the replies so far. umm to answer some questions, the wheels are painted gunmetal, the rear lip is made by onderground. I bought the whole kit, the sides cracked while being shipped, but i'm trying to get those fixed and painted soon to make the lip flow better with the car. I'm up at school right now until october so its hard to get anything done when i dont have the car up here with me. As far as mods go, just basic bolt ons..

About a year ago, i had a famous incident with the precat haha. yaa i threw a rod and cracked my block, got the motor replaced and after that i didnt want to do anything too crazy with the motor. loctited the butterfly screws, and then moved onto cosmetic mods.

nice lookin car man. not a fan of the rear lip, but who cares what i think. only thing i would say is get some new side skirts cause the stock ones are a tad bit high and doesnt flow too well with the front/rear lips. otherwise real clean man!!

hey how did you get the nrg pins in? i'm having a hell of a time with the driver side. i have the right side in alright, and it's all the way down. the left just wont sit in because it comes down at an angle.

the lip is an onderground lip aka nismo replica. G-spec sells the nismo one I think.. Or i thought I saw a group buy for them a little while ago..

nrg hood pins were a bia. getting the locks into the hood werent bad but getting them to lock suck. Driver side is good.. turns perfect but passenger side.. I can only turn it like 45 deg so it barely locks.. I'm going to try to fix it when it gets a little warmer out. The angle is stupid haha.. i got tired of trying to fit it over and over so I just decided to take a drill and drill the stud thingy (the part that is on the frame) at an angle that the locks came down at.. its really hard to explain.. drilled for a good 3 hours.. its been a few days so I dont know if you figured it out or not but if you need help... just PM me and I'll take some pictures for you.. its not the best way but its the only way that worked for me.. haha.

yeah i had to take a dremel to it and carve out the middle part. it works a bit better but still not to my liking. they look great too don't they?! I'm assuming that you got the cf one's to match. BTW i love the rear lip on the car. it looks great, i like it so much that i'm trying to get a gb for it. never noticed that it has a pseudo rear diffusers which is hot.

x2 on the silver and black! our cars dont look too different other than the tinted lights and lip on my car. I like how yours is coming along! I have bluebat overlays for my headlights, the lighter one. I think thats like 30 or something. then for the tails, VHS tint spray if you're curious.
