I have eibach sportlines on stock struts and they have been on my car for about 2-3 years. My struts need to be changed but should i change my shocks too? Does anyone know where to get shocks? I am looking to get koni yellows and this site has them for cheap. about 210 a pair!

Koni yellows are your best bet.

struts and shocks are the same thing.....just to clarify. in the suspension you have the spring and you have the strut/shock.

Like he said...get koni yellows. BTW shocks/struts are the same thing. Its the front strut housing you will re-use after cutting out the stock shock to mount the koni shocks.

I always thought struts and shocks are different... Struts actually hold a coil with them and shocks are more for like trucks where there isnt a coil around it. I dunno maybe im wrong...

no struts mount on the side and turn with wheels (normally used in the front suspension of cars). shocks mount on the bottom with a bolt and only move up and down with the wheels they dont turn side to side. both mount up to with ether two or three bolts to the chassis

if you want to be cheap just change the front struts or the rear shocks but the best way is to replace them all at once
