GI: 2004 Sunny San Diego 04 'Spec with Some Tasteful Mods - 12k OBO

So I'm kind of gaging some interest for my 2004 Spec V (Non-Audiophile) with Brembos.

I bought the  car used with ~50k miles a couple of years ago and it currently has about 85k miles on it right now.

CHECK MY SHOWOFF FOR PIX!

The good:

Here's a quick list of mods/ stuff done to the car:

KSPORT 1st gen completely rebuilt coilover suspension
ROTORPROS cross drilled and slotted brake discs with Centric Ferro-Ceramic pads. DOT-4 Prestone break-fluid also freshly done during time of install.
JWT Pop-Charger
Custom Made 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust using Mandrel-bent piping and Magnaflow. Almost non-noticable until you step on it. VERY clean sound..none of that raspy bullshit! smiley-smile
Oil Changed every 3k miles or so by myself using 5W-30 oil and either Mobil-1 or Bosch Oil Filter
Deep-tint in the back and rear passenger windows.
Spark Plugs replaced at about 60k miles with NGK's.

In short: The car handles excellent, pulls hard, and is a blast to kill rich idiotic drivers with :p

The bad:
Some stains on the seats from when I bought the car originally. I've been told that they come right out though.

The ugly:
Side skirt seems to be coming off, and the spoiler could use a repaint.
Curbage on the stock 17's

Again I'm just dropping this on here to see what I could get for it. I really like the car, but I am considering moving onto something RWD.

Asking price what I owe on it which is roughly about 12k obo. Considering the mods I think this might be fair. I also know that the Spec V depreciates like a bitch, so I dunno, check it out if you want and let me know what you think of it.
