honestly.  i have heard/read that most of these HID kits are the same exact ballasts with different companies labels on them.  Even the $250.00 kits were the same thing as the cheaper one with a different label.  Give em a shot.  Make sure they have a warranty and go for it.

my ebay kit that i bought used off a freind was 75 shipped when he got it and i compared it to a another friends $150 kit and it was the exact same thing. interanlly i cant say anything about, but there was no idication from the extreior of the ballast's that there was anything different about them

According to there website, they come with a lifetime warrenty.

I just installed hids I got from ebay for $75 shipped and I'm very happy with them. I checked out that site and I say get them.

I got Hi/ Lo (Halogen) for $75 and my pics are on the HID showoff thread on my cardomain. I'd get 6000k for sure, they are blue enough without sacrificing brightness. I would like to get 4300-6000k fogs also, we'll see
