I'm already changing all of my parking, turning, reverse, and brake lights with LED's, so the next step is interior lights. The problem is I'm unsure how to remove the clear "clickable" lens over the map lights, I've popped one side of it out but pushed it back in because I would rather not break anything. Whats the easiest way of changing the bulbs in the '03 style map lights? Thanks!

There is a clip inside the sunglasses bin, you have to pop out, after that you should be able to take the whole thing with the sunglasses bin & map lights out...

First of all, brake lights...I noticed something weird happened when I installed LED bulbs there. First of all, my car lost a whooole lot of power...like, enough for me to be sure that it wasn't just psychological. On top of that I was no longer able to use cruise control. The CRUISE light would come on, but it wouldn't set. After like two or three times pressing set, the SET light would flash for a bit, then turn off. These problems disappeared as soon as I put regular bulbs back in again. From what I can tell, the reduced current draw from the LED bulbs makes the car think that both brake lights are out and it does these things as a sort of safety/notification device. It's weird as fuck, but like I said, problems vanished as soon as I put regular bulbs back.
Turn signals are complicated too. Also because of the reduced current draw, the bulbs will flash fast (like they do when you have a signal out). This is because the thermal flasher units aren't designed to work with LEDs. You can buy special LED-compatible electronic flasher units that will allow your turn signals to work normally though, I don't think they're too expensive.
Now, to finally answer your question! Open up the sunglasses holder. Inside on the roof of it you'll see a screw, take it out. One it's unscrewed, you have to put some muscle into it and pull the whole fucker down. [EDIT: the clip ^^^^^ mentioned, I can't remember if I removed it, or if I pulled it down with the clip still in there.] After that, I forget exactly how I did it, but it's pretty self-explanatory at that point, and you change the bulbs from the top of the assembly rather than the bottom.

Thank you.
About the LED's... I guess I'll have to see how they work when I get them. That's quite unfortunate if they don't work properly because I like the way the look much more than standard bulbs (and I spent like 30+ bucks for them all, don't want it to be a waste).
