Has this happened to anyone else before?

Last night after a few good runs destroying a Stage II SRT-4 my engine start hiccupping and bogging and my BOV wasnt working, then all the sudden I had no brakes.....and as soon as I would let off the gas my engine would die. I pulled over and check for boost leaks, and come to find out..... I blew the fitting off the back of the intake manifold that the vacum for the brake booster is attached to making a huge leak! Could I just maybe loctite this fitting back in and call it a day? Has this happened to anybody else? I thought it was a pretty random thing to actually blow the fitting out with the hose still clamped on.

Re: Has this happened to anyone else before?

pics would help, but did you blow the tube its self out? you could always tap a hose barb in,

Exactly.  Mine came out also, I tapped it, and put a barb'd fitting on it, and that was that.

really simple and easy fix anothany.
