my friend drove my car today just to mix up the fluids and run the car for a minute. him and my mom took it out to get gas and he said it threw a code.
he sent them to me and they seemed very odd and ive never seen them before. this is the second time the car has been driven since i did the fuel return setup. the first time was flawless and was about a 5 minute drive although i was there for neither of them. my friend told me that every time they started it up today it had those codes.
i did the setup exactly how gurov did it eliminating all of the stock fpr BS and running the feed line straight off of the 255 pump, through the hp autoworks rail, to the sx fpr and back to the fuel tank.
the pressur is set at 49-50psi with the vacuum plugged with my finger and about 40psi with the vacuum hose plugged into the fpr
the codes are as followed:
p0037 - o2 sensor ( i know about this one.. dont have a secondary o2 as of right now )
these are the ones im worried about
p0183 - fuel tank temp sensor
p0463 - fuel level sensor
it seems as though my pump might be getting warm? but its regulated to no more than 50psi so it shouldnt overheat.. maybe the return is shooting gas back from a warm fuel rail cause the liquid to heat up? and possibly splashing and the fuel level indicator making it go up and down rapidly confusing the ecu?
can someone please shed some light on this?

i wonder if your pump is failing, and is getting hot from working - it is possible - clear the codes and see if they come back. You are not running beyond what I am running on my setup

both codes are high voltage codes, sounds like a short
like in the wires on the canister? or where the plug is on top of it?

forgot to mention that my buddy said that the car sputtered for a second in low-mid rpm range but if you gave it a little more gas, it straightened out and ran fine (out of boost)
you think im sucking the canister dry with the 255? i havent drilled holes in the side of it as some people say to do
that may be way there is a temp code because the pump is running dry and getting hot? kind of makes sense now but im not home to tear it apart and try
any other suggestions?
he said he tried it in boost once and it had VERY high afr's like 14-15 range
dont know if it was with a full tank of gas or with the little that i had in there..
