These are made from scratch.  DON'T send me your grille.  You pay for one and a week or 2 later you recieve this one.

i don't mind the time period to completion, and i do have a 1.8 grille still intact, but i also have a spec v grille that got gutted out in the middle and the bottom piece holding it together is broken. would you be able to work with that one? your efforts will be paid for

Its pretty hard.  I had to go through 6 grilles before I finally got it right.

^^^^ look man, not trying to be a complete dick when i say this, but he's runnin a side business here to make some extra cash. If he did a how to step by step then no one would need his services and he'd make no money.  If you cant afford to drop the coin he wants for an aftermarket grille either A) dont get one, or B) figure out how to make your own.  Study the pics of all the different custom grilles shown on this website, search the web and local hardware/parts store for the materials you need, and play with things and make it work.  Plus there is a how to make a custom grille thread. just not exactly his.

I did exactly that and came out w/ a real nice grille that I wanted it to look like, which is like no one else's.  It aint the hardest fabrication possible, but like he said its not easy either, esp not just slappin a cheap piece of aluminum on the stock piece.  Not tryin to hate on you, but look at it from his standpoint of a businessman.

exactly lol  my last grille was trashed in a lil accident, so i'm working on a new design which is gonna take forever to finish.... of course i'm going for changing a lot to the shell heh mad props to you and anyone else doing this on being able to turn these around so quick. i move slooooow
