If there are only 4 bolts holding your wheel on right now, you need more than rotors to get you to the 5 lug.

well you would have to first find a 5 lug hub and swap that out. it is kind of intensive. Some one recently did the conversion on here using older maxima components. you should check that out. IMO it is kind of a lot of work to be able to use 5 lug rims. Everyone has a different opinion though

Will the brembo calipers work? I dont know. I would imagine that they would. It is only held on by a bracket. Ive never looked at it so i dont know
You can't drill another hole onto the hub and add a lug because then your ratio would be off. you would have to drill 5 new holes and add 5 new lugs. I dont think that is a very smart idea. What rims do you want that bad that you cant find in 4 lug to fit over the brembos.

in theory you can drill the holes, in reality, you may end up with a whole new set of problems..... it's been done, i have seen it in person, not on a sentra, but on other 4 luggers..... they seem to ride ok

Redrill the hubs, do it EXACTLY like Kojima did... only way it's ever been done iirc.
