I am considering doing my own 3" dp to go from my turbo to my cut-out. I am going to have my buddy do the welding. I was just wondering what are some good sites to get some piping & what kinda bends you guys recomend. I know I need a tight 90 at the turbo and a 90 at the bottom. I have seen some pics where its pretty much a stright pipe right down and some that have a few bends. Pics would be a great help.
BTW I have a a first gen fi-r kit which from my research shold have a protech manifold. I dunno for sure

i wouldnt put the exuast cutout on the down pipe, i would instead on the test/mid pipe pipe that follows it, you might catch shit on fire lol,a nd you want that thing pointing to the ground

i have my cutout on my midpipe as well but i swear it pulls 10 times harder with just my 3" all the way back than it does with the cutout open.. i have tunes for both.

I just cant stand the sound with a 3" all the way back. and inorder for it to be as quiet as I want it I would have too many res on it and would just defeat the purpose. I have the e-cutout so it takes 4 sec to switch between super quiet with the greddy to all out power with it open. What I am afraid off is that with my luck one of the pipes will be slightly off and will need to be bent some more and will just fuck me up. I know I worry way to much
anyways pics would really help if anyone has any. I am a visual kinda guy.
