couple of nooby questions

so im still new to this forum and i have seen a bunch of lingo in dont understand or know exactly what it is. so if you guys could clarify a few things that would be great. sorry there are gonna be quite a few

whats the $4 Wheel Hop Aid?
which of marks headers will still make me pass emissions? will the full race?
what are MMI’s (Motor Mount Inserts)? and what do they do?
whats the Throttle Body Bypass Mod?
what trans fluid should i use?
what exactly do changing out pulleys help with? how much $? and from where?
Knock Sensor Relocation (for 02-03 Spec V’s)?
whats this i hear about chain cutting?

so for now thats what im confused about, i have a 2003 spec-v. if you guys could clarify that would be great

youll get used to it. i'd explain some stuff but i know someone with experience is going to shit all over my explanation so yeahh. ill just say the $4 wheel hop aid is just a bunch of washers used to stiffen up the motor mounts...theres actually a thread about it
and you wont pass emissions with a full race as you will be deleting your cat. the regular 4-1 header will keep your main cat and technically you will pass (tell me if im wrong)

what are MMI’s (Motor Mount Inserts)? and what do they do? mmi's add more support to the existing motor mounts and prevents the engine from rocking back and forth. they reduce wheel hop on a hard launch. will vibrate more at idle but hardly enough to notice
[b]whats the Throttle Body Bypass Mod? redirects hot coolant away from the throttle body. has seen a significant difference in temperature through the throttle body but no proven gains for a spec v.

what exactly do changing out pulleys help with? how much $? and from where? helps with..... uh idk. has small gains. some will argue its worth it but some will say its pointless. about $120. unorthodox racing

whats this i hear about chain cutting? connect the balance shaft assembly. drop the oil pan, cut the chain and gain about 7-8whp. will vibrate more at 3000+ rpm. i did it about a week ago and definitely feels like it pulls stronger.
