Noob. Okay use the search tool. Tool. But anyways. an 02 sim simulates the 02 sensors signals back to the ecm. Thus making it happy if you want to remove them for whatever reason. Like killing cats. So anyways. old ones work ON OLD CARS. on new cars, MOST, need a variance in voltage. So the neweer 02 sims, which really no longer exist thanks to the EPA Gov and all there californication, sweep the voltage and vary it to keep the ECU happy and result in NO check engine lights (CEL).
