Just look on ebay. What are you looking to replace? Rotors and everything or just the pads?
In my opinion, the stock non-brembo rotors are fine. I upgraded my pads and tires and I stop frickin quick. Just make sure to turn your rotors if you get new pads.

I always thought the Spec had bigger brakes than the SE-R.

my brakes started squealin a month ago so i went to the dealership cuz i THOUGHT i had a warranty they look at my car for 15MINS. then come tell me that my rear rotors are shot my pads are down to the metal and to replace the front and rear pads and the rear rotors it will cost me 789 dollars i told them fuck that so they charged me 70 doolars in labor fees and i went to midas to find out if that was true and we put my car on a lift and the techincians helped me take off the tires, pads, and calipers to see, and it was true so i need rear rotors and rear pads the front was fine but i dont let other people work on my car so im tryin to fint after market rotors and pads and do it myself thats why

If you do a general search, you'll find that most places have the Spec V and SE-R brakes seperate.
You MAY be able to just turn your rotors and get them back into spec. Check that first.

Once you take the wheel off, pull the caliper as you had already mentioned. Make sure to pull the bracket that the caliper mounts to. Once you get that off the rotor should pretty much slide/fall off. Reverse steps to put them back on.
Oh one more thing. When installing new pads on the rears you have to get a special tool to turn the piston back into the caliper. The tool looks like this:
your local parts store should have them in stock. IIRC, they were less than $10.

Sometimes it may take a hammer to get the rotor off. Don't worry about cracking it or breaking it, you're replacing them anyways.
And the 4 piston options you were seeing were fastbrakes or whatnot upgraded calipers.

True story but it's easier with the tool. I tried needle nose pliers and it kept slipping off.
