turbo or vq swap

hey guys havein a hard time deciding on weather to go vq or turbo and i just wanted if someone can give me an idea on how the vq feels in the car like if it's to heavy do u have the same turning ability as to if you were not vq like would it make a real good circut car or jus a real good drag car lemme knw

Choose whether you want a circuit/drag car first.

Both are fun.. I prefer the VQ, because of simplicity/reliability, plain and simple. I have nothing against a strong turbo QR, but, turbo (anything) is always questionable.. You have to know what you watch/listen for, and your engine might just decide to puke it's guts up one day, for no apparent reason. The VQ is as simple as.. change the oil every 3K mles.. and run 12.90's on slicks when you feel like it.

Hey Travis, I wondering the same thing I have a 2000 se. the motor is blown. I don't know what I want to do. I live in Texas the car has to pass all inspections. I don't want to through a lot of money at it unless it's just that good and I keep it another 4 or 5 years. Let me know what you think!

i live in toronto canada and i like doin both circuit and drag but more circuit but how would the vq30 make out on a circuit and turbo'd and if i was to go with turbo'd QR i would do a full engine build

as if traction in the rain with just a stock qr wasnt a big enough pain in the ass? just swap to the vq turbo vq = no traction imo. i plan on the vq 35 as soon as my 05 is paid off
