Problem (Please Help)

Ok here we go I have searched and I believe this problem is the fuel sending unit but anyway I wanna see what other people think.

This is whats happening:
I filled up gas the other day and I have been ng quite awhile and relized that the fuel gauge was not moving shut the car off to see if the gauge needs to be reset and still it never moved. I have no idea how much fuel is in my tank at this point.
Anyway I bring it to nissan and they say everything is alright, so I pick up the car drive it for awhile again and still no movement in the gauge and the dte feature is not moving either as it says I have 488kms till empty all the time.

Just looking for opinions.
Thank you.

Re: Problem (Please Help)

take out the fuel sending unit and measure the resistance. i'll look up specs for you tomorrow (what year?), unless you have access to a FSM right now.
