Alright, well I came to the conclusion that I want to install some Nismo or BC Cams after winter... I have tried to read threads on this material but seems all to confusing...
So my questions are for you guys are:
1. What ECU Tuning equipment will I need to daily drive my spec v tuned to handle the cams?
*I do not plan on doing any forced induction later in the future*
2. Is a SAFC-2 necesarry, or can I just use Zt-2 Wideband Controller / Datalogging System to handle all my tuning?
3. Could an Average Joe, like myself, install this equipment, understand how to use it, and tune with simple instruction, or would I be better off letting someone with electrical skills handle something like this to install, and someone with experience to tune?
Any help would be greatly appriciated! Thanks again

You don't absolutely need a tuning device with the cams.
2. Is a SAFC-2 necesarry, or can I just use Zt-2 Wideband Controller / Datalogging System to handle all my tuning?
The wideband tells you what your AFR's are, it doesn't do the tuning, the SAFC does that.

It's fairly simple to install if you can follow a wiring diagram and can solder. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, get a friend with experience to do it for you.

Don pretty much covered it all. If your car is still under warranty, and they find out u spliced into your ecu wiring, they will void your warranty.
