OK I will try to make this a short story. I hooked up my SAFC II and had issues with the throttle bogging it went into limp mode so I took the SAFC II out and the next morning I rewired the SAFC II and the throttle issue went away. Everything on the SAFC II is reading except for the throttle. I know for sure I tapped the right wire for throttle it is PIN 50 and the grey wire on the SAFC II. I went to Autozone and got the codes pulled and they are as follows-

P0037- o2 sensor
p1122- TP sensor
P0102- MAF sensor
P0103- MAF sensor

Now I put an o2 spacer on the 2nd o2 sensor today. I havent cleared the codes yet but I figured that the codes were from the first install issues I had. I want to figure out how I can get my Throttle to reading on the SAFC II now. I saw on the FSM that PIN 69 is the TPS sensor 2 and PIN 50 was the TPS sensor 1. Could I tap the PIN 69 or is there another pin to tap. Also if i just drive the car will the codes clear on there own or do I need to clear them myself. Thanks for any help you can provide for me.
