train horn on 04 spec
okay so i wasnt sure on what theme of this site this would fit under, so hipefully this is the right one. I wanna put a train horn in my spec , but i cant find a place to put such a massive thing in. Any ideas? has anyone done it

I used to have a GMC Jimmy so I was into the whole minitrucking scene. A common place to mount them is along the frame rails. Dunno how well that would work on a Spec, but its worth a try.

i use to have a zx3 focus with full air suspension and train horns it can 100% be done on the sentra just buy the horns that are 2+2 (2 small horns on one bracket and 2 larger ones on another) then just mount them where you would put the intercooler install the tank in trunk run the lines and good to go.. really simple install..

and anyway, with a train horn , youd have to find a place to put the compressor too, cuz they have a small air tank and stuff.... im sure you could mount the actual horn somewhere in the engine bay.. my cousins mini truck club, all those dudes have em, theyre fuckin funny as shit to scare people with..

kits are cheap on ebay between 200-250 for tank, compressor, line, horns, solinoids, etc.. and like i said before they should be able to be mounted on the bottom side of the metal bumper (intercooler location) tons of room on the inside of that bumper cover..

horns go side to side, not front to back.. think about it.. 
they are 15"+ long no other way to mount them other than sideways no matter where you put them.. wont make them any quieter tho.
