AEM fuel / ingnition controller

not sure if this is the right section but I think I'm close..


Well, looks like I'll be getting this this weekend. I know I'll need a laptop and stuff, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with tuning this.


And please don't post stupid shit. I don't wanna hear all that 'don't do it, your gonna blow your motor' crap. kthanx. smiley-smile

There was one guy that had on here.  he is selling it now because he moved over to a MS system.  In theory it should work fine.  I think his name was Blackoutv.

thanks for the how to, but i have an 02 so it wont help me alot.  but im rethinking keeping the f/ic and getting the ms system instead like i had planned. lots more features and all.

Do IT!! The ms has way more features, for starters it can raise redline, control boost, control fan, has launch control and its a standalone fuel computer, which means NO tune drift ever!!

PM Gurov, he makes the ms for a very good price and he will walk you through the initial setup! Its no harder the wiring up a FI/C and with Gurov's help setting it up is a piece of cake...
