Help please : Bleeding coolant system of air

Hey everyone.  I havent flushed my coolant system since i got the car and i want to do that and replace my thermostats soon.  Problem is, how do you make sure you have all the air out of your system after youve filled it back up?  I realized that we don't have any bleeder valves for it.

If someone could write up a few steps for me i would really appreciate it.

Re: Help please : Bleeding coolant system of air

Before doing that I do a slight manual burp.  I'll squeeze the radiator hoses and it'll burp a little up that way.  Helps make any air pockets a little smaller.

I have also heard that lifting the front of the car 3' off the ground will work as well.  Not as viable an option for some people.
