oil catch install options

so i was wondering about installing my oil catch between varies places to get the best results. the most obvious to to have the lines go from engine breather to a somewhere in the intake? i was wondering if i could run the lines elsewhere so i don't build pressure on the crank case. could i get away with a line form the intake vacuum to and from. just a thought

Re: oil catch install options

I thought it was supposed to be bypass--->oil catch can--->intake bypass

Re: oil catch install options

??? yes. every car has a pcv. without it, your oil will sludge really fast. and you will have a lot of blow-by gasses getting by the piston rings.

what we don't have is egr, because we have variable camshaft timing.
