Can someone tell me if the red or blue arrow is pointing at the knock sensor pls??? (2004 Sentra)

neither, the knock sensor is going to be facing the firewall, on the back of the block.

Download the FSM, it will show you where the knock sensor is. Its been a while but I think the knock sensor on the 1.8 is on the side where the belts our. coudl be wrong though.
