is this normal...?

i noticed this after i installed the turbo charger...when i am driving and shifting gears the rev seems to spike up 500-1000. right after engage the clutch and let go of the gas the rev seems to spike. i wasn't sure if this was normal or not.

i have jwt cams and a check engine light (random multiple misfire). my air/fuel is fine (dyno tuned with wideband and SAFC-II).

Re: is this normal...?

yes, that's normal, you can loosen your blowoff valve to get rid of the rpm spike
