Re: which o2 sensor?

I old one is stripped and will not come off of my midpipe...isnt possible without cutting it out with the bung whole with it.   Anywaz, with my new midpipe, i will need another 02 sensor, just asking if theres any brand that ppl reccomend.  I dont have a SAFC at the moment but plan on getting one if that makes a difference

Re: which o2 sensor?

Just buy a cheapo from Autozone or whatever. Apparently you don't have to buy the vehicle-specific ones, just get a universal sensor if you can wire it into the existing harness yourself.

Also, in order to use an SAFC you will need to either just leave the second o2 sensor loose, or get another bung welded into the exhaust.

DO NOT buy a universal o2 sensor. I just went thru this bullshit and spent 100 bucks on 2 universal o2 sensors. THEY DONT WORK!! Take it like a man and just buy oem nissan sensors. You'll thank me in the long run.

Re: which o2 sensor?

I think if you just buy a decent brand you won't have any problems. IIRC that's what Alicia said she did.
