Re: New Kosei wheels and Prokit pics

damn you for getting the wheels I was looking at. =P did you get the ones on clearance at tirerack with the 36mm offset?

I installed my pro-kit yesterday, wheels should be in next week.

Oh, and looks great smiley-smile

Thanks guys!  I got the wheels on Tire rack clearance $159 a wheel. and Tires from Wheelfire.com shaved off 25lbs and the Prokit feels way better than stock.

It actually is dropped with the Prokit but only and inch in the back and 1.5 in the front. That's all I wanted it dropped. It's hard to tell by the pictures and the angle. And the wheels are grey. I thought about getting the silver ones but I like the grey the dark is a good contrast to the yellow. Now, should I keep the lip black or go yellow?

Re: New Kosei wheels and Prokit pics

definitely go yellow with the lip.

ya, I was looking at those 18" wheels on tirerack, damn good deal if you ask me. Looks like the 36mm offset looks pretty good. I ended up getting free wheels from the dealership since they F'd mine up while installing new tires, so I got the kyowa kr228's  in hyper silver on the way. They are 17's which kinda sucks, but you can't beat the price!
