intake silencer removal

does anyone know how to remove the intake silencer? is there a way to take it off without taking the intake off?

the bottom part?  yeah its easy to get off just need to move the plastic infront of the driver wheel out of the way and pull out the box

yea i got mine out, and the lil pipe piece and its sounds like a ram air intake now. i gotta get a pic of that pipe but just taking that off gives the car a lil more low end pep. next best thing to getting an intake!!
