When playing my radio at higher levels it turns it self down, i know why it does it but i think it sucks. Is there anyway to make it stop doing that? Its so annoying!!

In your audio options there should be a setting for the SCV (Speed Control Volume : as Nissan calls it). I keep mine turned off.

Yea mine is turned off too. But thats not what i am talking about. Play your radio at like 25 with some rap on or something. When it hits some bass or something it will turn the radio down and then slowly turn back up. Has anyone else had this happen or am i insane?? lol

I know what your talking about. But I have no idea what it is, or how to turn it off.

LOL...
It's to protect your speakers from blowing, disable it and watch them go boom.
You shouldn't need to listen to any music past 18-20. Windows down on the highway at 75 with stereo at 18-20 if it's not loud, you're deaf.
You guys are crazy.
I can cruise at 45mph windows down with it on 13-16 and it's loud enough for people to hear outside.

you guys?
I didn't say I wanted to turn it off. At least now I know what it is, and i DON'T want to turn it off.
It has nothing to do with my ability to hear, i just like listening to the music loud.
