ok i plan on building for nitrous, so hence some of my questions will be directed toward that so admins move the thread if you feel it goes more towards that aspect.
i will probably be getting a decent anount of money this winter and would like to do one of the 07 cranks with the trigger wheel for an 02 CKP. bump redline to 7k, as well as 07 rods. does anyone have experience in how much power this setup can actually hold? and i wouldnt be turbo'ing it yet, but i would like to do a big shot of nitrous, since i already have a direct port kit ready.
my questions for the builders are.
1. is this any harder to do than a reglar bottom end rebuild (as in putting in stock parts)
2. and how much do you think this will run me?
and my question for the nitous guys (anyoneelse who might know)
1. would a 150 shot progressive controlled be too much? 125?

There is a respected builder on here who assured me that a sleeved QR with forged rods and pistons would handle a 150 shot all day long.
I pussed out though!
