o man.....we def have our taste in rims when it comes to our cars.
honda has there multi color rims that they do.
us we just try to be unique with our outrageous choice of rims.

I like the style of rim, I just would prefer the lip to be the same color as the spokes. It kinda looks like it has spokes and a tire, with nothing connecting them.

They are very UNIQUE and that's how it should be.  Great choice.  Very BOLD.         

looks good on your car but i think i only like it cause of the color scheme.

Thanks for the feedback guys....one thing though that is killing me about some of your 07' 08' spec v's is stop trying to make the front look like a VW. It's a SER not a GLI. Don't get me wrong I like the look....but.....you might as well put a VW badge on the front. While your at it, put one on the back as well and rock out to Elton John.

I like the wheels the black lip makes them look sexy as fuck going down the road.. People complement them all the time and have to have a closer look because it look like the spokes just go into the tires.  I say your next move should be lowering it it will clean it up so much i'll even photoshop one of your pictures when i get some so u can see what it looks like.

VWs aren't the only cars that have the painted front like that.  Audi has them as well as Mitsubishi.  The Evo has a painted front and the redesigned front fascia of the Eclipse will also have a painted front similar to the VWs.  The Nissan GTR-35 also has a painted front.

So, it's not just VW that people are imitating.  It could be a number of different vehicles.  Some people could be keeping in the family by paying homage to the new GTR.

exactly. i used the GTR to inspire me.  turbo + black front end = GTR-ish

Well, when your right your right. I'll shut the f up now. Much love to all, just looks like a V-dub to me when its done, but like I said I like the look so keep it clean and have fun beating GLI's. I guess they wouldn't dare to talk crap after that. Wasn't directed towards you jeff, I have seen many like that, and yours is no comparison to most 07+.
