Re: flywheel and clutch

No one has tried it yet.  MajorMods was going to, but then he found a girlfriend smiley-laugh

I do know that a B15 flywheel bolts up just fine to the 07 crank.  I don't know about the tranny side of things, though.

Re: flywheel and clutch

i am talking to act about this, btw IF ANYONE wants to get their car with a free clutch/flywheel and is LOCAL TO LANCASTER, CA.

call up ACT Clutch and ask for dean williams, and say you read about this on myspecv.com and would like to be a test vehicle.

keep in mind you will need to drop your car off for a period of time, and the date is unscheduled yet.

ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE LOCAL AND ABLE TO DROP OFF YOU CAR!!!

Re: flywheel and clutch

if i only lived in CA... haha.  and heidi is sort of right but i never did try it.  ended up selling it instead.    FYI, the stock clutch is holding my 300whp for the last year, about 20k miles boosted w/ no issues, barely any slippage really.

Re: flywheel and clutch

i'am not really worried about slipping, i want it for the weight reduction to the rotating mass.

u should focus on power rather than reduction of mass..... u'll get more gains and driveability out of power mods.  i/h/e for example BEFORE pulley/flywheel

why would you drop off a car that already has products released for it?

the b15 already has an act clutch application.

makes no sense.
