Has anyone had any issues with a Squeaky Clutch Pedal? When i depress my clutch pedal, there is a squeak. If you can imagine the sound of an old rocking chair or something...not even like that. haha. Anyways, i suspect it to be the huge spring that is connected with the clutch. I may be wrong. If anything though, how do you get rid of the squeak? Grease it or something?

You got it. Mine started to squeak a few months ago. I sprayed some WD-40 on there, and it hasn't happened since.

WD40! My SE-R's brake pedal was really squeaky when I first got it, so it got doused in WD40 and hasn't returned

Off topic question, but since we are in the general area of the pedals, have you tried "Heel-Toe" (blipping the accelerator with your heel) just for fun? There doesn't seem to be any room to do that.

I've tried. I can't do it in this car, because the gas pedal is further back than the brake so it puts my foot in a very awkward position.

I thought it was awkward. Maybe removing the panel next to the gas pedal might help, but too much hassles.

This guy i know was like "dude, if you wanna be fast in the mountains, you gotta learn heel toe."
I smoked him. I don't heel toe.

IMO, a silicone spray works better than WD40. It lasts longer based on what I've observed.

My bro JUST called me about silicone spray. Says it doesn't attract dust as much too.

I went to Lowe's and bought the silicone spray in the white bottle. It went on nice and thick. WD40 is too thin for my liking. The thickness assures me that it will do its job for a good while. It's been a while now and I forget that I even had a clutch squeak problem.

I'm still getting the feeling of this car (seat adjustments, pedals) and besides the clutch squeak which i'll be spraying today, that the accelerator pedal is further in than the rest, but have you noticed that when depressing the brake pedal that the top/tip of your footwear is hitting the bend of the lever? Kinda feels like i'm stepping on the lever, not the pedal. haha!

I don't believe that has ever happened to me. Well, actually it has. But, I was wearing these long pointed boots (don't ask). Other than that, I have no issues with navigating the pedals.
As far as "heel-toe"ing goes, I think some people watch too much Initial D. We have a FWD drive train. We don't need to ever heel-toe. If we want to be fast in the mountains, we have to overcome understeer, heh.
This reminds me of when the first Fast and the Furious came out. Everyone was like, "Do you know how to Double Clutch?" I could go on about that but, this isn't the thread for it.

+1 on the silicone. Less dust, and won't stain you carpet as bad if it leaks down. Oh, and it proly won't leak down lol!

Yeah, Silicone definately won't leak down. After you spray it, it somewhat goes into a thick, foamy form. However, if you'll find that despite the thick appearance, it's really slick and lubey.
Lubey?....

Aww shucks, but Initial D is so cool! nah! ummm.. yup long pointed boots, don't ask either but i had those on once too. haha! Last car was a 3rd gen prelude for about 20 years and was so used to the seat, pedal layout, and room for your feet. I sat low with legs kinda exteextending to the pedals. Now i kinda feel like my feet are hovering over. It's cool though, this car is awesome.

Sprayed it last night. Mo bettah! Now all you hear are those little clicks upon depressing the pedal and on the return... It's from the top of the pedal to a 1/4 down.

my clutch pedal finally no longer makes any squeaks or clicks. Dealership replaced the clutch master cylinder under warranty. The clicking is caused by some internal resistance in the cmc, or so they said.

The WD in WD40 stands for "Water Displacement". WD40 is actually a degreaser with a minute amount of oil in it. I would use teflon grease instead.
I had squeaky doors, greased them up with bicycle bearing teflon grease, lasts forever, doesn't attract dirt.
