Your tune should be the VERY last thing you do the car. It brings all of the other mods together, and is a pain to keep tuning as you mod.
With me for example, after all my mods, I had a friend help tune me, and gained .3sec. I was only able to tune from 4K too, cuz we did fly bys instead of a dyno, so you might be able to gain more if you dyno tune it...

oh ok tht kinda makes sense but idk where else to start to mod ive gotten all the important mods im kinda thinkin about upgrading fuel injectors but im not too familar with what other mods are out there for an automatic se-r but im really thinkin about is it worth it too keep an auto

cams can help a lot, so can a lighter pulley, even tranny work will help...
Your injectors are fine for the mods you have. There really isn't a reason to upgrade them unless you are pushing alot more hp...
With the mods I had I was pushing 200whp, and was really close to 14's....

^ Ehh, you coulda had a 14's.
yeah, get all the parts before you tune. Otherwise you will have to tune it again and again.

I should have had 14's....oh well, with what I'm trying now, 14's are way too slow....I'm thinking a couple seconds quicker

If you get a SAFC and Wideband/datalogger it's not really hard to tune when you get new parts. Plus, you learn how to tune in the process of getting new parts. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to get a tune down pact with a datalogger and a highway.

iirc travis sends valve springs with his cams, so i think the price is about right...

that's all well and good if you have a spec...how the hell would valve springs help with an AT? It's not like you can rev higher to use them, the car shifts at the same point no mater what, so your buying something you don't need.
