Would this cat work?

(I post more topics about high flow cats than anyone)

http://www.car-sound.com/02product/disp … rsal=43005

It seems the applications listed are for trucks, so I'm wondering if this will work with our 07 specs.

I ordered the wrong HFC before, and I can either return it and lose 15% on a restocking fee, or do an exchange which wont cost me anything. I just need to know if this one will work or not, and how close is it to the stock size of our cat?

Re: Would this cat work?

From what I hear, the VRS catback gives good gains because it removes the cat. Since I am in CA, removing the cat pretty much means instant fail for the smog. I was looking to get a high flow cat so it would be less restrictive than stock, but still pass smog. The links i provided are the two that I found that are CARB approved. I was just wondering which would be a better choice.

Well since any modifications of the CAT are illegal in Cali. You might as well just deleted it and get the most bang for your buck. I deleted mine and installed a small resonator. I have the stillen header with the cel eliminator. I also have an 02 spec so it is a different set up. I would assume that it is similiar.
