I went out on a local long freeway and did some tuning on 10.7-11.2psi and I was getting a lean misfire in every gear right at 5900rpm. I know for sure that I am running out of fuel because my wideband will jump to 12.1+ then go back down to 11.3 where it should be. I have a walbro 255 pump and 440cc injectors. Im thinking the fuel pressure regulator at 50psi is not enough for 10+psi boost. You guys have any ideas why this is happening. I know there are like 5 people out there on my setup running 10+psi and they dont have this problem.

sounds like you are sucking the canister dry. how much gas was in the tank while making these pulls?

I was kind of thinking that too. But I have ALOT of holes drilled in that guy and there was 3/4 tank. So you dont think its the stock FPR?
Any other ideas? I was going to go for 12's 2marrow but if I cant run 11psi there is really no point in trying.

IMO 12.1 afr isn't really that lean in boost....I don't worry until I hit 13's, then I let out of it...If you're seeing 12.1 and then it goes back down into the 11's, why not just add some fuel on your AFC at that rpm?? The leaner you run the more power you are making. My car doesn't misfire at those AFR's though, so I don't know. I'm running SRT4 injectors also, I think they push a lil more fuel than the 440's...

Download the turbonetics turbo kit install guide for the fuel pump install and it tells you where you need to drill the holes.
I cant add anymore fuel on my AFC. No matter where I set it +25% -15% the AFR's stay the same when it gets to 5900 or so. And I KNOW for sure that the AFC is working because it changes all the lower rpm AFR with no problem. I shoot for 11.5 AFR 12.1 is too lean in my mind. But yea I cant seam to figure this one out... I still have not tried cleaning the maf becuase I need to go get some cleaner.

SSoooo... I went to the dodge dealership and bought OEM SRT-4 plugs. I went to autozone and bought a gapper and gapped to .027 just to be safe. I installed all 4 ran the car for about 30 seconds and was getting wierd AFR's and wierd backfires so I turned it off took and the plugs and all the gaps and gapped to about .013...... GG piston hitting the resistor.. idk who told you this but the information was definitly incorrect. If you have stock SRT-4 plugs in your head I would recommend taking them out and looking at them.

hmmm... can you compare the lengths of the plugs ?

Yea. The stock SRT-4 is a little longer (the resistor) and there is no gasket with them either. So I was kind of stupid for installing them noticing that but live and learn I guess..

Just get stock NGK style plugs but one step colder.. I beilive they are 6, instead on 5 on the part number. I forget the rest of the number. Gap them to .033

yea, you get into a prob when you buy plugs for other cars and put them in the spec-v's
its always good to check the gap also never know when a box has been dropped or anything

i know its late but im a new member here and im in the process of turbocharging and your stock srt4 gap is .45 i have one but i run 24psi 31 overboost and i increased my gap and got a colder plug so i thnk you should leave them stock on the srt thats for 14psi and no cut you dont cut till 18 on stock then when you upgrade open your gap just for future readers on this thread with that problem now i would say gap around .50 .52 for more boost and get a boost controller sorry im a srt junkie its actually better than ppl think for the money no more bang for the buck
