I just wanted to forewarn you guys. I work at a Nissan dealer, and we've had a couple B16's have an issue with the rear i-beam. It causes the rear toe to be way out of specification, a manufacturing issue. If you're getting uneven wear on the inside thread of your rear tires you might have a defective i-beam. The ones we've had required i-beam replacement.

I recently got new tires on my car. I noticed the right rear tire was almost bald and the left was almost new. What would that be from?

does this only affect the spec v or it dont matter. what should i do bring it to nissan and have them inspect the rear i-beam, or there is no way to tell until it wears tires.

I'm not sure if it's going to be a recall. I've had two Sentras, one SE-R and a 2.0L in for alignments, and the rear toe was WAY out of spec. Since there isn't any rear adjustments for the rear, if it's under warranty the only way to get the toe adjusted is replace the rear I-beam. So for the SE-R we get the I-beam, put it in, and the toe is still way out. We call TechLine (nissan tech support) and they tell us that some rear I-Beams were produced out of Spec. So we have to order a new one, and make sure it's produced after a certain date to fix the issue.
We're getting the I-beam for the SE-R in the next couple days, I'll let you guys know if it fixes it.
As for getting it checked, you can't go and get it checked under warranty I don't think, because there's no campaigns/recalls out. I'd just watch the wear on the rear tires and go from there. If you're really worried take it into the dealer and have your alignment checked - but pay the $89 it costs.

Depending on what kind of wear it is. It could be camber or toe, or a combination of both. But I haven't had a B16 Sentra have rear camber out, unless your'e lowered.
I'd recommend you take it to your dealer and have an alignment performed. Everyone make sure you get a printout of the alignment after it's completed.

None that I know of other than getting your aligment checked at your dealer.
