I installed my profec 2 and started playing with it... well for some reason I have to crank it up high for it to start making changes... I put a 5 psi spring in my wastegte and was getting around 2-3 to the manifold... I have the set set to 50% and I only see a peak of 6-7 psi at the manifold now... is something wrong with that? thanks

that boost controller works off some funny equation of percentage of wastegate spring (i think)... so one click of the knob usually makes so difference. i set there with mine and turned it and turned it and turned it, hoping i was at 10psi... did some runs... and it was like 8.2 psi
good or bad, depending on how you view it... good as it keeps our boost greedy fingers in check, but bad because it's really hard to figure out what psi it's set to unless you hit full boost and check the peak boost menu.
i really don't know if i helped you... oops

it helped alittle thanks heidi... i think it may have something to do with the gain... yeah tuning it in percentage is a pain in the ass but still none the less I know that it is working... I'll see if upping the gain works tonight with some trial and error... just got to set the limiter low do I don't overboost and grenade the motor
it says in the manual that even if the SET boost is not changed, by increasing the GAIN value, it will increase the boost. I think this is the key

update incase anyone cares... the reason why it was up so high in percentage is becuz i had the start boost set at 0 i think... aside from havng to calculate kpa to psi i think its the better way to see things... start boost is .45 kpa i think and its so much better set is low like 30% i think... anyways... yeah...

So you had to increase the gain or whatever you were talking about? Im not familar with EBCs

its defined as set gain i think... its pretty much when the boost controller starts to open the wastegate... funny actually still got to play with it more cuz im havng an issue with the boost dropping off and then coming back on much better spool thou so im happy
