fan setup.
hey guys wanted to see what you guys think. been reading post after post. think i going to run one fan. think im going to try it out. so what you guys think would be better a pusher fan or a puller fan. i was going to run it on the side closest to the battery.
as of now my down pipe a 1/8 inch off the metal cover on the fan and the o2 is sitting against it!!
oh and as off now my fans never come on since i have gutted the upper thermostat.

I would just snag some slim fans and run both... I dont believe one fan will suffice. Turbos create a lot of heat.

Yeah, especially if you go with a pusher fan. They block part of the radiator and aren't as efficient. If you need more room go with 2 pushers and that will free up alot of engine bay space. Try to get a pair with the smallest possible shroud to prevent even more from being blocked.
My fans are set up to where BOTH come on instead of one now, mainly because it was much easier to wire them (FAL-220) that way.
