MySpecV sponsors are required to maintain an acceptable level of customer satisfaction in order to continue their involvement with MySpecV. If we determine that a sponsor is not meeting our standards of conduct then we reserve the right to discontinue sponsorship at any time without compensation. We always work with our sponsors and members to resolve conflicts, but it is ultimately the sponsors' duty to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner.


- - - - - DETAILED PRODUCT POSTING RULES FOR ALL AREAS OF MYSPECV - - - - -

Sponsors:
- may create new topics in the Vendors & Site Sponsors forum to post product availability, specials or promotional messages, and may also post in the Group Buys when offering a product at a reduced amount if X number of people purchase
- may create new non-product related topics in any forum (just like a normal user)
- may post replies (not new topics) to part or service requests in ANY forum on the site, as long as the post is relevant to the original post and the forum area in which it was posted
- must redirect questions about pricing of their products to the Vendors & Site Sponsors forum (a link to the related Vendor & Site Sponsors topic is fine)

Anyone (including manufacturers, sponsors, and regular users):
- may create a new topic to start a discussion of a product (not to sell a product) in the relevant forum
- may not include discussion of sales in a topic that is not in the Vendors & Site Sponsors forum -- discussion about sales must be redirected to a topic in the Vendors & Site Sponsors forum (a link to the Vendors & Site Sponsorss topic is fine)
- who sells the product may state the suggested price (MSRP) in a non-Vendors & Site Sponsors topic, but nothing lower, including specials, discounts, or sales -- questions about pricing must be redirected to a topic in the Vendors & Site Sponsors forum (a link to the Vendors & Site Sponsors topic is fine)
- who does not sell the product is welcome to mention retail pricing of any retailer
- who sells the product and is not a sponsor may NOT provide a link to any website that sells the item or offer to sell the item privately via PM or email

Classified posts must be non-commercial:
- Non-commercial posts are placed by individuals and have a goal of getting rid of the object
- Commercial posts are placed by members representing a business and have a goal of making profit -- these users must become sponsors
