Quick Question

Sorry, I know the answer is in one of these threads (I have seen it before), but I so damn tired I have to get up early again (4am)

Can you put 235/45/R17 tires on the stock rims for the 07/08 Spec V?
I have a good deal on a new set if they work. I have never heard of Mirada GTX but the price is cheap enough that if they suck I'll just burn thru them and not buy them again.

UPDATE!!
Incase anyone else wonders
235/45/R17 Fits on our rims with no problems.
And so far the realativly unknown Mirada Sport GTX tires I put on are handling nicely :-)
But I will get a better chance to test them later.

Re: Quick Question

just an fyi, go to www.discounttire.com, select your car make and model

and then zip code obviously, then select, where it says tire plus sizes, and it will show you there, the optional bigger tire sizes you may choose that will fit your tire

but yes a 235 should fit your wheel, though be aware there is a possibility it might rub

Thank you! and as for rubbing...I need to install spacers anways.
According to this site though you can go 245/40/17 on stk. I seriously cant see that.
