Tanabe DF210 vs GF210

I'm just wondering, from a performance perspective, is it better to have the car lowered further with a softer spring rate, or have it lowered not as much, but a stiffer spring rate. I think the DF210 do 1" in the front with 1.5" in the rear, with 15% stiffer springs. And the GF210 do .8" front with 1.0" in the rear, with 30% stiffer springs.

go with the df if you are going to spend money on springs otherwise keep your stockers.
