Bolt pattern question

I know our bolt pattern is 5x114.3  but is 5x4.5 the same just in a different unit?  the reason i ask is i found a good deal on some rims that I've been wanting but the only size bolt pattern i haven't found is 5x114.3 and I've never seen 5x4.5 anywhere else.

pretty much i wanna know if 5x114.3 = 5x4.5

the rims are motegi sp10's
