blue led soldering help

ok so i purchased the blue plcc-2 smd leds of ebay. they do not have legs on the bottom of the bulbs for you to solder onto the gauge cluster board to change the color. i need to know whoever changed the color of there dash lights if there leds came with legs to solder on the board and if not how did u solder them on. im at a loss and need help a.s.ap. thanks

ok so i have soldered a light on and it works! but just a quick question some bulbs are soldered on the side completely and some are just two little dabs of solder on each side? any difference in these bulbs. could it be that these bulbs blink.
