Chris

Most of you know who I am already but in case you don’t know my name is Chris Baily owner of Bailys Hyperformance Factory.
I am aware of a situation were fuel rails are hard to come by and if they are available then there is at least a month waiting period. For the past month now I have been developing a high flow fuel rail that will be readily available to the B15 community. The final design is at my C.A.D guy as we speak.
There ready to be made the only thing is I need to know how many I should make for the first run of fuel rails. Once I get a number of how many I need to make than I can have an official price of the fuel rails. I want to keep the prices under $200.00 for the fuel rail by itself. But I don’t want to just supply a fuel rail; I want to provide a complete fuel upgrade solution.
Fuel rail option will be as follows. Now keep in mind that I wont have pricing until I get a price from my C.A.D guy.
Option 1
- Just the Fuel Rail and Fittings
Option 2
- Fuel Rail
- Stainless Steel Return line and fittings
Option 3
- Fuel Rail
- Stainless Steel Return line and fittings
- SARD fpr and Gauge
Option 4
- Fuel Rail
- Stainless steel return line and fittings
- SARD fpr and gauge
- Walboro 255 fuel pump
Injectors can be provided with any option upon request since there are so many options to go with on the injectors.
The fuel rail will look like any other fuel rail that has been available. It will bolt down and will not have any injector clips because of the bolt down design.
Let me know if you would want a fuel rail and how soon. Ask any questions and I will answer them the best I can. Sorry but I don’t have pics just yet.

Fuel rails are so desperately needed... everyone who did make them has seemed to disappear...
Good luck!

Says New Arrival so AEM is probably just being slow to update their site
Now enough about AEM in this guy's thread... but he will have a price and competitor to beat now!

I'll break the ice here...
How could a Fuel Rail be used on a N/A engine and a F/I engine?
Online

Kyle

um your car requires fuel to run
if youre gonna add more air in the car, you need more fuel or your car will run lean
better fuel rail/lines/ bigger injectors can produce more power for your car because it provides fuel better.... then again a piggyback will definately help with this mod so you can tune

cody

if you just have a bunch of bolt ons will putting a new fuel system make it run way to rich

if you add more air you need more fuel, so you dont run lean. think about it....you need air and fuel to mix, do you have an Intake....thats more air, wheres more fuel coming from?

you should just give me one. since the last group buy for fuelrails fucked me over 160 bucks on my last rail.
that would be super fucking awesome of you!

If you could do option 4 I'd be in. I'm @ the point though where I want to upgrade my fuel system to all I would need to do is change injectors for FI next season. I wouldn't mind ponying for a "all in" solution rather than piecing something together. Keep me updated.
