I believe a poorly boosted D16 is a low 15, to high 14 second car which is why it ran next to a bolted B15.

Nothing surprising here.

Throw a K20a2 in that same hatch with a good driver and you'll see 13's N/A all day long with a completely stock motor.
12's with I/RH/E and K-Pro and maybe some DR's.

Actually there are turboed single cams that run 10's.  The single cam just had really shitty tires on it.
