Just got off the phone with Tein, and they wanna do our car for coilovers.
yes... my car is the test car lol.
anyways, tein says that depending on how much interest in emails with the subject line "2007-2008 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V Coilover" are sent in, our r/d and production will happen quicker.
so i figure, with legit inquiries if we can get as many as possible. we could see this kit fairly soon hitting the market, they also will be compatible with the EDFC controller.
here is the email: sales@tein.com
subject line: 2007-2008 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V Coilover
oh... and my car is at API right now, and i just threw them some serious cash to help speed up the development of the turbo kit for you guys, header just needs a few more things (waiting on materials) and it should be totally ready for production.
so thats that...
GO!!!!

ugh, compatible with the edfc means its gonna be the SS which are pricey. the basics are like a little more than ksport and MR but USUALLY cant use the edfc. INTERESTING!!!

I might buy those used coilovers from you, do you have any pics of them when you first got them, uninstalled?

since you had the Megan coilovers on your car, were they worth it. Since you are going to change to the Tein I take it you like their product better. I was looking at getting the MR coilovers down the road, should I just hold out for the Tein instead. Give me you thoughts on the MR vs Tein.

Jeff

all the coilovers, ksport vs. tein vs. MR are pretty similar. Ksport includes upper mounts in the front, tein (on the b15) does not. MR i think didnt either, cant recall exactly. all 3 have 36way adjustable dampers. all 3 have the same drop availability of like .5" - 3.5". Ksport is orange, Tein is green, MR is black. The color of em is the biggest difference. LOL

tein has a history of making some bad ass suspension parts.
MR is fairly new.
tein also is networked fairly well with rotora.
overall, since ive ridden in a megan racing sentra and a tein 240, the teins just felt so much better...

I'd like to go coil overs as well but they are too price for me. I find that my prokit is too low now after 8 months and the stock shocks suck. Any of you SpecV owners have your lighty used stock and struts (all four corners) you want to sell to me?
