He has the front lip done with bedliner believe it or not.  You can't even tell until you touch it and feel the texture.

It's a pretty good idea, as it'll never chip off like paint/clear would.

Re: 06se-r / '06 SE-R / Pittsburgh, PA

Looks really really good, BUT choose:

Paint the front lip
Paint the side skirts and rear lip black

It kinda looks weird with it being two colors. But otherwise it looks great!

Yo Joe I'm gonna call you later, I wanna exchange some ideas with mods you got. I want to do quite of few of them that you have, also have some of my own that I'll show you once I get it all finished. I just need the specs so I can get started smiley-smile Also I'll look for that face plate tonight for your wife's phone. I'm almost positive I still have it.

BTW car is def nice! Did you win the decals?

Definately leave it on your hood.  It helps cool your hood.  Your paint will bubble on your hood, and look like shit.  It serves a purpose.

you don't need a 10 inch, an upgraded 8 will give it the right amount of bass.  i was looking into a jl audio w6 8 inch, but got a great deal on the rockford.  plus with the door speakers, i actually can hear my music now. i used to have 2-12 mtx in my trunk, and it was wayyy tooo much bass.

Re: 06se-r / '06 SE-R / Pittsburgh, PA

the problem with 8" is that they cant hit all the notes a 10 or 12" can. i've got a rockford P3 8" and wish i had gone with a 10"

true, but i don't like heavy bass that much anymore...i listen to mostly east coast rap, wu-tang, rakim, etc...it sounds good.  my rearview still shakes a little...
