lowering?

do the shocks and or struts  wear out fast if im putting on lowering springs.

depends on how low you go.  The lower you go the faster they wear out, unless you get coilovers.

+1 also gonna depend on how you drive to a degree,if you like driving over speed bumps like you don't even believe they're there, then issues will occur even sooner.  Taking corners harder than most will have almost the same effect.

i was thinkin about maybe going 1.5 to maybe a 2 inch drop.. somewhere in between there. Im just not trying to throw a lot of money in repairs at it.

imo you should go with the tanabe df210's.  they give you a nice drop without sacrificing too much on your oem shocks and struts.  or you could get the k-sport coilovers that have camber plates and be good ta go.
