i just don't like it because if the cars idling exhaust gas is comin out under the engine area it's gross to see/smell

Yeah, you have a leak. You only dump out the wastegate when it opens. You may have forgot the sealing ring. I did that the 1st time.

the wastegate only opens under full boost(what ever the spring is rated for). it should never be open at idle.EVER!

i'll have to look at that then i figured it was that but it might not even be i spilt oil all over the front of the engine on first startup forgot to tighten the oil feed it might still be burning off

i did that!! me and a friend were doing like 70 down the road on the first pull and all of a sudden smoke starts pouring out of the ac vents

yeah so my car doesn't start smoking till it's warmed up and it's just coming from off the manifold downpipe dumptube area i really think it's just oil burning off i was just lookin at it like now and with it running nothing is coming out of the wastgate and i'm not fryin the engine i got mad temp gauges and they are all good haha

so i figured it out it's plastic melting the stock fan is just too big and its hitting the downpipe

just trim your fan blades! that takes care of that problem

I actually took out the passanger side fan, even with trimmed blades the fan was still hitting my charge pipe.
The car will over heat in stop and go traffic with the A/C on.
Down the road I'll get a Koyo and slim fans.
