this is what a dremel, electric sander, sandpaper, sore hands, a Tig Welder, metal polish, towels, water, and like 15 hours will get ya:
(pics dont quite do it justice and the runners need more work)

did you make that? it looks like a modded stocker or something. how are the insides of the runners?

I think it is a stocker with the outsides polished. I dont know where the welding went into play, maby welded the upper to the lower?

its a stocker with the outside polished. The welding came into play in the front, i cut off the pcv vacuum tap and had it shut. was trying to go for a nice smooth outside so i cut off almost anything that was not needed lol.
the insides of the runners are not done yet but i am just doing a mild polish with the dremel. i hate trying to get that stupid flexible shaft peice to work correctly so i said fuck it lol.

those flexshafts snap. i went through 7 of the damn things before i just bought a good heavy duty grinder. Harbor frieght has one ive been using for 8 months, the thing feels bullet proof to me.

well after a long absence i finally went back and did the rest of the shit i needed to get the IM done. ended up being lazy and instead of fully polishing the runners i just painted them black. pics:

ill either put it on FRI before the meet or at the meet. All it needs is another coat of metal polish becuz i had to clean for paint and wash it off... thats why the polish looks so so

Clear coat the manifold if you can, aluminum oxidizes and will lose the polish and look a bit hazy after some time. Otherwise that thing looks sick.
