Turbo budget build help

I was thinking about buying the treadstone turbo kit. My question is that im on a low budget and i wanna make 300whp for the track on the weekends and like 250whp for a daily driver. i know this can be done safely but are there any pre mods i should get before buying the kit that are a must? like i said im on a very low budget so any help would be great

No, just some gauges and a boost control with that kit and you are good to go

You can opt out of getting the AFC Neo, and find a used safc II and save about 100 bucks.

Re: Turbo budget build help

Also if you are on a budget, watch out for the nickel and dime things.

B.c. you and I both know, they really dont cost a nickel or a dime

Simple solution.

Open down pipe.

you can get all that stuff on ebay and have no problems with it...but i wouldnt recommend buying the boost controller or turbo timer on ebay...gauges, exhaust and all that other bs like intercooler and pipeing you can get that on ebay as well...and the exhaust manifold also...theres a good cast iorn one on there for $250 really good deal
